Our story
Our story started with a chance glance
We are Thierry and Talina, the faces behind The Healthy Bomb. Our story began in 2017, when we met at Subway. What started as a chance encounter grew into a relationship, and since 2019 we have been not just a family, but a team.
Besides our day jobs, we share a big passion: a healthy, mindful lifestyle. The Healthy Bomb grew out of our own search for a healthier life, after Thierry had struggled for years with skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis. We wanted to live fresher, purer and more consciously — and now we love sharing that with you!
For anyone who…
- Is busy and wants something healthy, fast
- Plays sports and wants to get the best out of themselves
- Wants to live healthier without the hassle
- Wants more energy and balance
Healthy living doesn't have to be hard.
We make it easy, tasty and fun!
