We are Thierry and Talina — the faces, the passion and the hands behind every cold-pressed bottle that leaves our kitchen.
Our story started with a chance glance
Our story began in 2017, when we met at Subway. What started as a chance encounter and a glance grew into a relationship. Since 2019 we have been not only a loving family, but also a close and driven team.
Besides The Healthy Bomb, we both have busy jobs. Thierry works as a graphic designer and photographer (hence our passion for beautiful packaging and branding!) and Talina works in customer service and cleaning for private clients and businesses. But beyond our day jobs we share another big passion: a healthy, mindful and energetic lifestyle.
The search for a healthier life
How it began
The Healthy Bomb grew out of our own search for a healthier life. We noticed that many supermarket products are full of added sugars and preservatives. On top of that, Thierry had struggled for years with conditions such as eczema, psoriasis and digestive problems, which made us take a critical look at what we eat and drink.
Our vision
As a family we wanted to live healthier and have more energy, with the convenience a busy family life needs. Healthy living shouldn't feel like an obligation or a punishment. Above all it had to be tasty, fresh and pure — something you truly enjoy. So we started experimenting in our own kitchen.
Made with love & care
What started in our own kitchen slowly grew into The Healthy Bomb. We deliberately choose fresh ingredients because we believe you can truly taste the difference. No unnecessary additives, no complicated chemicals — just pure flavours, the way nature intended.
No factory or assembly line is involved. We wash, press, bottle and deliver everything ourselves. That means real attention for every single bottle that leaves our kitchen and ends up in your fridge.

We personally select every fruit, vegetable and ingredient for quality and freshness.
Washed by hand
Everything is carefully washed, peeled and prepared by us in our own clean kitchen.
Pressed & delivered by us
We cold-press, bottle straight away and deliver the bottles ice-cold to your door. No mass production.
A morning at The Healthy Bomb
What a typical day looks like for us:
Rise & morning run
Our days start early. We kick off with one of our favourite juices or shots for a natural energy boost, and three times a week we lace up our running shoes for a fresh morning run.
Prepping & cold-pressing
While the kids get ready for school, we check and wash the fresh vegetables and fruit. Then we cold-press the juices, bottle them straight away and store them ice-cold to preserve the vitamins as well as possible.
Personal delivery
Later in the day we load up our cool bags and deliver the juices personally to our customers' homes. Because we believe a healthy lifestyle should be not just easy, but personal too!

For us, The Healthy Bomb is about family, health and flavour. We want everyone to enjoy healthy products without compromising on taste. That's why we put a lot of care into the perfect balance of every juice, shot and electrolyte drink.
